Sourcing the majority of its workforce from the many different tribes and minority groups in Yunnan Province it prides itself on not only offering an above average salary but also by enriching the lives of its employees by providing activities such as dance classes and Kung Fu instruction.

Drawing inspiration from its Scandinavian legacy everyone at OpiumOne aspires to bring an ecological balance to the environment, which is why on top of running our workshops to the highest possible Eco friendly standards, we also take the entire staff and management of our premises into the surrounding villages and fields once a week to clean up the habitat and encourage a sense of responsibility and pride amongst our neighbours.

As OpiumOnes primary production facilities are based in the stunning countryside of Yunnan Province, at the base of the Cangshan Mountain range, we encourage our staff to appreciate and care for the magnificent surroundings we admire and take inspiration from daily.
